- I started this blog as a journal about our family. The days go by so fast and this is my attempt to hold them still. The blog catches snippets of our life, photos, bits of conversation, and lots of reflection…. My inspiration is, of course, our daughter Annessa – our “happy-ness.” Rich and I married in 2003. We met in college and as funny as it sounds, I knew on our first date that he was the man I would marry. We were blessed with our daughters, Annessa, in August of 2007 and Elaina in November 2013. They are the world to us and we are committed to helping them become the women God intends them to be.
